Ethical channel (whistleblower channel): Processing of personal data for the purpose of managing the internal information system or ethical channel, to investigate the facts and suggest resolution measures, to prevent non-compliance with rules and to correct any such actions already detected, and to contribute to the efficiency of the Organisation’s operations through the continuous improvement of the internal processes for managing and controlling illegal behaviour and acts against the Organisation’s ethical culture.

The maximum term of response shall be 30 days from receipt of the request, and it can be extended for a maximum of 2 months providing it is necessary. The User undertakes to use the content and services of this website in a (I)suitable, proper and legal manner, (II) not to spread racist, xenophobic, pornographic-ilegal advertising, in relation to terrorism or violated human rights; (III) to cause damage in the physical and logical systems of AMC, from your suppliers or from third parties, not to introduce or spread on Internet any computer virus or other physical or software system liable, (IV) try to access and in this case, to use the email accounts of others users and modify or manipulate their messages.
AMC reserves the right to remove all comments and contributions which infringe respect for personal dignity, which are discriminatory, xenophobic, pornographic, that threatens young people or children, public order or safety or which, in the judgement of AMC are unsuitable for publication. In any case, as soon as AMC will be informed, as website owner will act diligently.

AMC has the authorization to publish on its website any images, texts and logos of their respective customers.
AMC will be liable for any damages or injury due to the use of this website when these damages are directly attributed to an incorrect behavior, proving that we have not complied with the legal requisites and requirements applicable. AMC is not responsible from the damages that could derive from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer virus, breakdown and/or disconnections in the operational work of this electronic system or in the devices or computer equipment of the users, motivated by causes external to AMC, that prevent or delay the service provision or navigation on the website, nor the delay or blockage in the usage caused by deficiencies or overload in Internet or in other computer systems, nor the impossibility of providing the service or allowing the access due to causes not attributable to AMC, due to the user, third parts or Force Majeure.
AMC will not be responsible if we do not have the correct knowledge of the activity or information that is sent is criminal or harms goods or rights of thirds parts receivable of compensation or, if they had so, act with diligence to eliminate the data and contents or make the access to them impossible.
These General Conditions are subject to the Spanish legal system. For the resolution of any disputes which may arise due to the current contract, the parties expressly renounce their own jurisdiction and accept that the Spanish legislation governs this agreement in the event of any disagreement regarding the interpretation or performance thereof, and they agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia for the settlement of all disputes deriving from it.
AMC shall pursue lack of compliance with current conditions as well as any undue use of its websites by means of all manner of civil and penal actions that may be applicable under the Law.
Eventually, these conditions of use may be review to update the changes in current legislation, to update our collection process and use of the information, the appearance of new services or the exclusion of others.
