These General Conditions are subject to the Spanish legal system. For the resolution of any disputes which may arise due to the current contract, the parties expressly renounce their own jurisdiction and accept that the Spanish legislation governs this agreement in the event of any disagreement regarding the interpretation or performance thereof, and they agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia for the settlement of all disputes deriving from it.
AMC shall pursue lack of compliance with current conditions as well as any undue use of its websites by means of all manner of civil and penal actions that may be applicable under the Law.
