The AMC manufacturing process begins with product development, in collaboration with the engineering department of our customers, both at TIER 1 level and OEM.
The production processes of both casting and machining are defined depending on the technical requirements of the product.
We have the capability to work with different aluminium alloys at the customer’s request.
The engineering department at AMC has the latest technological and computer applications for the development of new products.
The engineering department is made up of a group of highly qualified engineers, dedicated exclusively to the study of new parts.
Its main work within the organization is to develop designs of parts and tools, as well as to study and prepare the processes that other departments will implement in the manufacture of our products.
Working in collaboration with the quality department, we ensure dimensions, tolerances and specifications required for the different products.
In this way we can guarantee the perfect functioning of the piece, and the complete satisfaction of the customer.

AMC has an automatic pre-machining line where the sprues, risers and burrs are eliminated in an automatically controlled process.
AMC has 38 CNC machines with 4 and 5 axes that guarantee the piece is perfectly finished for its operation.
